How to score
Total the points from sections 1–5 (up to 25), then subtract your Warning Signs points from section 6.
- 22–25 — Excellent. Your certification program is well managed.
- 17–21 — Good. A few improvements will strengthen your process.
- 10–16 — At Risk. Gaps could affect readiness or audits.
- Below 10 — High Risk. Your team should prioritize improving certification tracking.
1. Member records (5 points)
- Every member has a single personnel record.
- Every certification is linked to the correct member.
- Records include issue and expiration dates.
- A copy of every certificate or credential is attached.
- Historical certifications are retained instead of deleted.
